Refund Policy

This policy explains subscription refunds, service credit refunds, used credits, abuse review, and refund request handling.

1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are reviewed for SofaAI Studio subscriptions and service credits. Refund eligibility depends on the product type, usage, timing, and policy compliance.

2. Subscription Refunds

Subscription refund requests are reviewed case by case. If a subscription has been actively used during the billing period, SofaAI Studio may decline or prorate a refund request where permitted by applicable rules.

3. Service Credits Refunds

Unused service credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to review. Service credits can only be used for SofaAI Studio's own software and API services.

4. Used Credits

Used credits are non-refundable. Once service credits have been applied to software or API service usage, the corresponding amount is considered consumed.

5. Abuse or Policy Violation

Orders involving abuse, policy violations, fraud, attempts to bypass rate limits, or other harmful activity may not be eligible for a refund.

6. How to Request a Refund

Refund requests can be submitted by contacting support@sofa.spcoai.tech. Please include the account email, purchase date, requested item, and reason for the request.

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed according to the rules and timing of the third-party payment processor. Posting times may vary depending on the processor and payment method.
