Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of SofaAI Studio, an online AI software platform and developer tools service. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

SofaAI Studio provides software services and developer tools for API aggregation, model routing, usage metering, rate limiting, account management, developer dashboards, and technical support.

The service is intended for individual developers, small businesses, software teams, and independent creators building AI-powered applications.

Users may be required to provide accurate account and contact information to access platform features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account.

You may not abuse the platform, attempt to bypass rate limits, engage in unauthorized resale of access, share account credentials, or use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity.

You may not attempt to use the platform for payment transfer, value-storage activity, or regulated finance services. SofaAI Studio may suspend access to protect the service, users, and platform integrity.

Service credits are digital service units usable only within SofaAI Studio's own platform. They are not cash, currency, payment instruments, card-based value instruments, monetary claims, or regulated finance offerings. They cannot be transferred, withdrawn, resold, exchanged for cash, or used outside our platform.

Users purchase SofaAI Studio's own software service credits or subscriptions. Service credits may be applied only to software and API services made available through SofaAI Studio.

Users may not transfer, resell, exchange, assign, or otherwise distribute access to SofaAI Studio, service credits, account access, or platform services without written permission.

SofaAI Studio does not sell third-party accounts, third-party platform access credentials, third-party platform value units, or regulated finance offerings.

Purchases may be completed through secure online payment and third-party payment processors. SofaAI Studio does not represent that any particular payment method will always be available.

Users are responsible for reviewing the selected plan, service credit amount, and account information before submitting a payment request.

Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Used credits are non-refundable. Unused service credits may be eligible for refund within 7 days of purchase, subject to review.

SofaAI Studio may limit, suspend, or terminate access if usage appears abusive, harmful, fraudulent, disruptive, or inconsistent with these terms. This includes attempts to bypass limits, misuse accounts, or interfere with platform operations.

SofaAI Studio is an independent software platform and is not an official representative, reseller, or agent of any third-party AI model provider, payment provider, or cloud service provider.

The platform may interoperate with third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SofaAI Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, business interruption, or loss of profits arising from use of the service.

SofaAI Studio may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised terms.
